Rates :

Nov to March = £350 per week (plus electricity and water charges)
April to October = £450 per week (plus electricity and water charges)
In order to secure the booking a bond is required, from which water and electricity charges will be deducted, plus any damages incurred from your stay. The bond is £200 for a 1 week stay and £300 for a 2 week stay (based on full occupancy). Any remaining balance will be returned to you after your holiday. This is an eco-friendly way of ensuring energy is not wasted during your stay.
